Today Brinley is recovering from yesterday's surgery. She also started Chemotherapy. Overall she handling it well but it does wear her out. She is so funny, she can be a little bi polar haha. She will be happy and love you one minute then the next she is mad and doesn't want you near her. This morning we went from happy to irritated to screaming. Happy, irritated, screaming and the cycle just continued haha. She has had some pain but the medication and heat pads are our life savers. She uses heat pads to help the pain in her legs; she thought of it all on her own. She is so stinkin smart. The leg pain is a symptom of A.L.L. (acute lymphoblastic leukemia).
As of now, the plan is to do Chemotherapy weekly for the next 8 months. Brinley is being a trooper through it all even though it is not easy on her. We are hoping to bring her home early next week!
Candy Land is her new favorite game!
Brinleys face expression doesn't show it haha, but we had a lot of fun today making bracelets, snowmen keychains, and necklaces.
You could say we are pro. We would finish one snowman and Brinley would say, okay let's make another. So we did. :) She made the pink one for mommy, the red one for daddy, the yellow one for me, and the other two for her.
She LOVES Bambi! She asks everyday to watch Bambi. We are working on getting it to the hospital haha. Meanwhile, her favorite show to watch is The Fox and the Hound. It never gets old haha.
JoAnne and Sonya came to play with little Brinley!
She rides her little bike every chance she gets. :) And the bike is pink so that makes it even better haha we all know how much she loves pink! Everytime the doctors get her a bandaid, sticker, blanket, sippy cup, you name it...she will ask for it in pink haha. She is our little princess!!
She loves her princess dress up. She is so beautiful.
She is so precious, we are so grateful to have this little girl in our family.
The boys love seeing their little sister. Jaxon climbed into bed with her with his blanket and gave her her pink ring pop. They were both being so sweet to her. Sterling brought up his favorite stuffed bird and Jaxon brought up his favorite snake and they gave them to her to keep.

Brinley asked the nurse to give Sterling and Jaxon a shot and take their temperature. The nurse said she could only do the temperature. The boys were really cute with it, Jaxon was a little leary about it but he managed. :)
